The Cass-Fulton-Miami Counties Coalition works hard to educate the public about the Healthy Indiana Plan and Hoosier Healthwise. Having committed coalition partners to distribute information has made a positive impact on transitioning clients into the new Hoosier Healthwise System. Coalition members and staff answer questions and provide parents with the contact information for Hoosier Healthwise and the Healthy Indiana Program. The implementation of the new Eligibility Modernization System has brought some challenges to our families. However, the flexibility of the CKF Cass, Fulton, and Miami Counties Coalition partners are helping to smooth the transition and provide information to all in the counties. Bi-lingual staff are available at Area Five Agency to assist with enrollment process, redetermination process, and challenges.
